The owner, Ed Hughes, started his business in December 2007, carrying on his family tradition of baking cakes.  Everyone from his grandmother, mother, and father enjoyed spending their time making scrumptious cakes!  In this, Ed found a way to take his passion of art and combine it with his family tradition! Today, you can find Ed diligently working on every customer's dream cake as if it were for his own special occasion.  He puts a lot of effort and time to make sure that each cake is fresh, NEVER frozen!  This ensures that not only do you get a cake that looks incredible, but that tastes great, too!
